Refund & cancellation policy

RentalBacklinks provides subscription-based digital services. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

All services relate to the placement and management of rental backlinks delivered as a digital SEO service and not as a physical or guaranteed performance product. Access to the service begins once an order is processed and preparation or placement work starts.

Subscription and service activation

All purchases are recurring subscriptions billed automatically through our payment provider. Link placements are activated within approximately 24 hours of payment confirmation, unless a drip-feed schedule or a custom activation request has been agreed with the customer.

Because service preparation and placement begin shortly after purchase, orders are considered active once processing has started. Keep this in mind when ordering an SEO service on our website.

No refund policy

Due to the service’s digital, immediately actionable nature, all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds are provided once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, including cases where links are already live, scheduled, or prepared for placement. Purchasing the service confirms acceptance of this no-refund policy.

Cancellation and billing cycle

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time using the cancellation link provided in LemonSqueezy’s signup or renewal emails, or by contacting us directly. Use this second option if you don’t find the LemonSqueezy subscription email when you subscribe.

Cancellation stops future renewals only. The service remains active through the end of the already-paid billing period, and no partial refunds or prorated reimbursements are issued.

Service scope and link modifications

Rental backlinks may be adjusted or modified upon reasonable request. Small changes affecting a limited number of links may be completed during an active billing cycle.

Larger modification requests may be scheduled after the next renewal period to maintain operational stability and fair service delivery for all customers. If you need some numbers, we could agree to change around 7-10 anchors for you at any time, but changes larger than that need to be agreed.

No performance guarantees

Search engine optimization outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic increases, indexing speed, or any specific SEO results.

The service provides only link placements and authority signals, and customers acknowledge that performance outcomes may vary. Keep this paragraph in mind before ordering any service on our website to avoid misunderstandings and future issues.

Chargebacks and disputes

By purchasing the service, customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback after receiving or using the service may be considered a violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend services and to provide payment providers with evidence of service delivery, activation records, and communication history in the event of disputes. That said, before asking for a chargeback, please get in touch with our team.
